Sheila is a gifted professional, whose experience includes life and health Insurance sales and management, entrepreneurial experience as co-owner and co-founder of FCA, an innovative sales company, managing national and international accounts, and more important to you, over 30 years of hands on real estate work and experience – buying, selling, home staging, working with builders, real estate agents, decorators, lenders, etc, both on personal and business levels.
Sheila is a Certified Negotiation Specialist, Strategic Pricing Specialist and Broker in Charge. Each of these certifications provide an extra level of real estate education, making her a greater asset to her clients. Real estate can be a complicated process of combining details, legalities and the emotional process of buying and selling real estate. Sheila’s education and years of real estate experience assures clients of her capacity to guide them accurately and confidently. This is evidenced by the rapid growth of her client base and repeated referrals. Sheila has a direct, honest, yet gentle, calm way of working with clients; always keeping clients satisfaction, motivation and goals as her top priority. Sheila and her husband, Charlie, have lived in the Forsyth/Davie area since 1991. After a career of engineering, business development and executive positions, Charlie is also a licensed realtor, concentrating in commercial real estate. Their daughter, Ivey works with them, along with their “sunshine,” grandson, James Jackson. (His work is currently limited to building blocks, toddler slide, and delivering copies from the printer.) Their four legged babies are always a highlight of their hectic days!! Sheila grew up in the Greensboro area, lived in North Atlanta and Myrtle Beach, each for short periods of time.
